Clothing Distribution

No appointment. No paperwork.
No explanation.

Donated clothing, sorted by size and season, handed directly to whoever needs it. A winter coat, school clothes for a kid who just grew out of theirs, something clean for an interview. Taken, not applied for.

From donation to someone’s closet

Three steps, all of them quiet.

01 · Donated
Clean, gently used.

Clothing comes in from the community — kids’ and adults’ sizes, every season. No drop-off appointment needed.

02 · Sorted
By size and season.

Volunteers sort so people can find what fits, fast, without digging through everything. That’s the whole job.

03 · Taken
Whoever needs it.

No sign-in, no proof of need, no one asking why. If a coat fits, it’s yours.

Dignity, not a means test

Needing a coat shouldn’t require explaining yourself. Here, it doesn’t.

There’s no application, no income verification, no letter from a case worker. Nobody asks why you need something, or where you came from, or what happened.

You see something that fits, you take it. That’s the principle that runs through every line in this network.

Filling a real gap

The things nobody donates gently used.

Alongside donated clothing, we buy new socks, underwear, and winter gear. These are the items people need most, and the ones that almost never show up in a donation bin. That’s where the money goes.

New socks, underwear, and winter gear.

Gifts to Dignity Toolkit help fill the gaps that secondhand donations never quite cover.

Who’s there

No training beyond showing up with care.

Volunteers sort and hang donations ahead of distribution days, then staff the tables when people come through. Care for the clothes, care for the people picking through them. That’s the whole requirement.

Somebody’s closet is thin right now. Bring clothes, sort them, or give.

All three help. Pick whichever fits your week.
