Impact

Verified actions become Impact Units.

Impact Units measure verified contribution, not just activity. Not vanity metrics: nothing counts as impact unless it has been verified.

Verified action

From a request to a number you can trust.

  1. 01

    Request

A need arrives through a safe request.

  2. 02

    Response

A trained person takes the task.

  3. 03

    Verified

The outcome is checked before it counts.

  4. 04

    Impact Unit

Verified contribution is recorded, not just activity.

  5. 05

    Visible

Care work is made visible and valued.

Impact Units

A way of recognizing contribution that goes beyond dollars raised or people reached.

Impact Units count verified requests, responses and training hours. They are built on the PHREVO formula.

The formula is under review. We will not publish the model or the numbers until they have been reviewed by the partners who will use them — not before.
